I have 4 approved withdrawals, the first which was approved back on July 4th, 2017. I am a confirmed player, all docs in order and I have provided my Bitcoin address as asked. The withdrawal amounts are 2400, 2500, 1000, 1000 totalling $6,900 USD. I have kept detailed records, and screenshots of all chat logs. I was told this was escalated weeks ago and sent to their processor, before that I was told their Bitcoin was having "issues", just excuse after excuse which is very frustrating for me as I have spent a lot of money with them and bit a loyal player. Last year I went through a very long delay trying to get paid, and here I am again now..this is absolutely ridiculous. Please send my payment by Bitcoin, I am a caregiver for a very sick mother and have a lot of bills and this is causing a lot of stress.
