I have made a small payout request on Monday 14.08.2017 in the amount of 40mBTC. Having seen on their site "Instant Payouts" with 24h pending time I was sure I will receive my small withdrawal the next day.
To this day after contacting support via email and chat I have received only excuses "financial department is processing it, specialist is processing it, your withdrawal will be processed soon, withtdrawals are processed manualy and there are a lot of requests,..."
BTC withdrawls are supossed to be instant as stated on their site with 24h pending time, also stated in info section on Askgamblers, clearly this is not true with this casino. Again this is a small withdrawal of 40mBTC, and it is taking a week now.
