I made a deposit via MasterCard at Karamba casino. I have money now available for cashout and when trying to cashout to my mastercard I was told this was not aloud. In order to switch payment method I would need to provide all the usual docs to verify my account + info on the cash account I wish to cash out to.
Karamba have my Passport, Driving license, copy of my bank statement detailing my name/address/IBAN/BIC/account number/sort code. They have said all this documentation is fine over the period of 3 weeks but needed a statement from my Master Card account which they have been provided with to also prove address.
I have had confirmed from the live chat agents that they have all the documentation they need in order to process the cash out, however when ever I put it through I get an email back rejecting it saying that they want a statement from the mastercard account showing the IBAN/BIC code.
I have spoken to CapitalOne and this does not exist, they do not have any statement that shows an IBAN or BIC. The only thing they can do is provide the information over the phone of the IBAN or swift code - BIC doesn't not exist. In any case they have my most recent Capitalone MasterCard statement in full.
Karumba have been stalling this payment for nearly a month now, they have all the docs they need to verify my account, as any other casino has done the same, in fact I had my account at GUTS verified in 24 hours just yesterday.
How can I pass their verification with information that doesn't exist!?
