Very frustrated. Made 12 withdrawal requests on 8/10, each for 2500 totaling 30000. Had my bonus taken out TWICE. Only 2 approvals so far, which makes it 1 approval every 7 business days which is twice as long as the advertised 3-4 business days. Only have received 1 payment.
My VIP has been wonderful, but payments have been extremely slow, much much slower than stated in your policies. From what I have seen and read, making a public complaint seems to get the ball rolling.
