On July 3rd, 2017 I requested a payout of 1250.00 dollars. A few weeks later it was rejected. No reason or explanation was given. I contacted the casino and they stated they had to remove a 200.00 dollar bonus and that I would be getting a check for 1050.00 dollars. Now it's been two months and when they are contacted it's the same old story about escalating the claim. Then nothing happens for a few more weeks.
