I had 2 wins that I've tried to withdraw since mid July. My account was verified on 7/26. I submitted my reqest, they were approved on 8/12 and 8/24 ($912 and $750 for the approved amounts). I initially asked for a wire transfer, I sent my bank info in 3 times. It still has not been added to my account. I was in contact with customer service via live chat. I asked then to just send checks, as they still hadn't updated my bank info and i just wanted the payout. I was told the checks would be sent no later than 09/05. During that chat i confirmed that my bank takes international payments/checks. Since then i have tried every method available to contact them to get a status. Live chat only allows me to send email, a chat window no longer comes up. I call and can only leave a voicemail, and don't get a return call. I send emails and never get a reply. I am at a loss as to how to retrieve my winnings at this point.
