All Jackpots Casino - Cashout repeatedly returned to account

Hello - at first I was reluctant to submit information requested for verification as I am afraid of identity theft however I finally did. Should have read reviews first and stayed clear of All Jackpots! I hate the fact that I have been trying to cash out $200 and the money keeps being placed back into my account. I have sent in verification documents and it still happens. Support sent me the email below on Sep 9. On Sep 12 I checked my account and the $200 was back so I emailed to follow-up and also withdrew again. It would be nice if something was said however not one word from All Jackpots. Since I changed my cash out method I had to deposit again. I give up. Worse service I have ever had and for $200!!!
