I signed up for this casino, received many bonuses, love the games and deposited several times. Now I want to cash out - first time and was asked to send in verification docs which I did. As published by Rich Casino documents are verified within 24 hours. It is now around 5 days and no response from Rich Casino. I am not able to withdraw as my account still shows I need to submit verification docs.
I have reached out twice to find out what is going on. I receive the auto response but no one contact me. I should have read their reviews first and if I had I would have stayed clear but unfortunately I did not.
So at this time I have C$445.02 in my account. I receive many emails for promos which I do not want to accept as I would like to cashout.
Please help me find a way to move forward.
