After submitting a bunch of paperwork and ID verification, I was able to cash out on 7/31/17. The cashout was approved on 8/2. Very quick I thought to myself, which by quick I mean that relatively. Anyways since then, no further progress. I have checked back week after week and am told the exact same thing. About 75% of the time the customer service rep is very rude and condescending. I learned today that they havent even sent it to the processer. It is coming up on 2 full months and no progress. Please help me get my money. There customer service rep "Joe" was the straw that broke the camels back for me. I have never been treated so poorly by a "customer service" rep in my life. I am not seeing an optioin to attach files but I can send several screen shots as proof to my claims. Thank you for any help you can provide.
