This is a complicated issue. It's directed to Atlantis Gold, sister casino of Monarch's online casino which is closed. In August 2015 I made a deposit, met the playthrough, winning approx. $1990. A week later Monarch's Casino was gone and directed me to Atlantis Gold. Countless emails, calls I was told they had no information and they are having technical problems. Finally I contacted Gambling City with a complaint.who's site helps people with gambling issues. THEY WERE INFORMED ON DEC. 2ND MY FUNDS WOULD BE EXECUTED. DIDN'T HAPPEN.I've been communicating with a Vip manager from Atlantis Gold who told me I should have my funds by Dec. 18th. Didn't happen. I send an email everyday to him and now I get it's delayed, maybe next week. Doesn't happen. This is going around in circles. I've been waiting since August, entirely too long.
Please help along with the efforts of Gambling City maybe I'll recieve my money.
