Deposited as a new member today and was automatically given a 100% bonus which I didn't want. T&C's say don't play just contact us immediately which would be all well and good if there was anyone to contact.
Live chat button does not work at all - I tried it from 2 different links.
I emailed at 12pm then again at 4pm - no response to either.
I then tried calling and was told by robots I was first in the queue. Then I somehow dropped to 2nd then 3rd? How is this possible? I continued waiting and it told me I was 1st again then 3rd so I gave up.
Really bad first impression to be honest. I have money in there that I can't play and can't withdraw and no one seems to be available to help.
