I have sent the verification documents about two weeks ago, since then they dont respond to my emails or on the live chat. They dont even tell me how much time could it take, but u think that 2 weeks is too much for a verification. They have a very bad help desk. I think that at least they should say something about the process and the time that it takes. Hope they tell me something soon
