I initially requested a payout in May for $1300.00. But was instructed to resubmit documents i had turned in 6 months prior. My payout was finally approved on july 21st. Since then, i have contacted their customer service and have been told that there are delays....We are now in September and dont understand why it has to take 4 MONTHS or more to receive winnings.
