My withdrawal was approved on 7/12/17 and I still haven't received a tracking number or a check. I have contacted them several times and told it will be "escalated" every time. They keep telling me to be patient, but on their website it says "All withdrawal requests will be reviewed and approved, or denied, within 3 business days of your request. Your payment will be made within 7 business days after approval."
7 days and 2 months are two very different things. I'm not unreasonable, and a few extra days or even an extra week or two is one thing, but 2 months is unacceptable. I need some sort of proof that my payment is being sent ASAP.
