on the 28th of august 2017 i made two withdrawals my first withdrawal was $1350.00 and then i made another withdrawal for $350.00 in the email that grand reef sent to me confirming my withdrawals it states that my withdrawal will be processes within 1-5 working days. on the 6th september they paid my second withdrawal first which was the $350,00. i am still waiting for my first withdrawal that i first made on the same day for $1350.00 i have contacted them everyday now and live chat give me the same answer every time telling to be patient as we will send another email to our finance team i do not recommend grand reef to anyone as both of their sites have done this before to me now. i have sent all documents as requested.
