On the 8th of September I had a win of $101,025 at 10:31:03AM 2017 on rich casino. You'll see in the screen shots provided that my balance at 11.03am is 76,351.83 the balance should of been $106,893.00. I signed out and back in and the correct balance of $106,893.00 was there but then with in a maximum of maybe 2 seconds the balance changed to $76,351.83. In the screen shots you'll see that beteen 11.03 and the screen shot I took at 11:04am THE BALANCE DROPS TO 76,351.83. I KNOW THERE IS NOT ONE SINGLE GAME ON HERE THAT YOU CAN SPEND $30,541.17 in less that a minute with no more additional game play after my big win what so ever. They have taken $30,541.17 from my account and won't even respond on chat nor will, they verified my account which I've sent the documents in about 6 times for. Please review photos and also take a close look a time and dates on scren shots and you'll see what I mean about the impossible fact of $30,541.17 not only disappearing but with no additional games play . Hope to hear back soon .I DID NOT PLAY ANOTHER GAME AND $30,541.17 vanished this just doesn't happen with out foul play. Iv spent thousans on this casino only to finally have a good win and have the money stolen from me.
