Captain Jack Casino - Why can't I get my withdrawals approved on time

I used to play at another online casino and spend in excess of $40k there in the past year. The withdrawal time was not bad at first, but then it took longer and longer to get approved and paid. If I withdrew $2500, they would divide it into two payments, then only approve one and put the other one in as pending. The last payment of $1600 took almost 4 months to approve and get into my account. That being said, I wanted to find another casino that would be better and came across Captain Jack Casino. They stated that withdrawals are approved in 3 business days and then submitted to the processor within 7 days after that. Awesome, I think I have found my new casino! Now I have $7,500 in cashouts waiting to get approved, as far back as 9/13. That is 9 business days. When I try to reach their 24 hour online support, it always get contact form, not a live person. When I call the 24/7 support number, I always get a recording. When I make a deposit, the money is instantly out of my account, but now that I want to get some back to pay down my credit cards so I can play more, they don't want to acknowledge I exist. If they were honest about how quick they pay their withdrawals, and approved my request with 3, even 4 or 5 days, then got me my money with a couple weeks after that, I would be happy. I would be getting in the funds I spent and continue to give them business. But, now I have to wait who knows how long until I get the money I won. I hope we can resolve this issue quickly so that I can continue to play at their casino.
