When I call the 24/7 support number, I always get a recording. When I make a deposit, the money is instantly out of my account, but now that I want to get some back to pay down my credit cards so I can play more, they don't want to acknowledge I exist.
If they were honest about how quick they pay their withdrawals, and approved my request with 3, even 4 or 5 days, then got me my money with a couple weeks after that, I would be happy. I would be getting in the funds I spent and continue to give them business. But, now I have to wait who knows how long until I get the money I won.
I hope we can resolve this issue quickly so that I can continue to play at their casino.
