I spoke to a couple different chat agents about my withdrawal. I was assured I had the proper paperwork and was told by two agents that it appeared I was eligible for the entirety of my winnings. However, when I have gone to do a withdrawal request, I do not get any email notification of activity and it has been pending for 8 days. I attempted to email someone about it, just to inquire, and I tried two email addresses that were listed on their website and they both came back undeliverable. This makes me very nervous. I just want any information on the status of my payment.
