I read a lot on bitcointalk that the owner owned a casino previously and scammed a bunch of people out of their money. Well, I ignored that based on the fact that on askgamblers, they had a high rating. Shame on me.
Unfortunately, since they closed my account... for NO reason, I can't show proof of my deposit/winnings/withdraw attempt, but here is my story.
I deposited $300. Played a couple hands of roulette and won a little less than $200. I decided to withdraw my winnings before my luck changes and I lose. Before signing up I asked support, what the normal withdraw time and they told me 30 minutes when they are online. Well, I've been waiting 4 days to finally find out today, that they disabled my account. Why? They don't say, they just copy and paste that they reserve the right to close anyones account and take their money without explanation of why. AKA they have the right to scam you for no reason. Why a casino would need to scam me out of a $200 win? Who knows, they must be really desperate. I tried asking support politely but they give 0 info at all. Just the same copy and paste that they can steal our money. DO NOT TRUST THIS CASINO.
Itd be nice if they unlocked my account, even holding my balance, just so I could take screenshots and show you all.
"3.1.6. Casino reserves the right to close your account and to refund to You the account balance, subject to applicable deductions, at the Casino’s absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice. Notwithstanding this all contractual obligations already undertaken or entered into will be honored."
I never cheated. I never used any 'unfair' betting strategies (What is that anyways? Is winning an 'unfair' betting strategy?). I don't have duplicate accounts, this was my first time trying them. I have done NOTHING wrong except for WIN $200!
