Submitted withdrawal request 27 September 2017, I was informed everything was good to go, documents in order, Cryptoaddress received. After a lot of time spent with the incredibly rude customer service agents, my request was finally reviewed and approved on 10 October (well after the 3 business days stated in the Terms and Conditions on their site.
Today I noticed my account was closed, and when I contacted customer service, they told me I would not receive my withdrawal. I was never told why my account was closed.
