I made a deposit of £180 using the email address daryl_j1991@hotmail.co.uk, with this I won and attempted to withdraw £400.
I later received an email stating I already had an account under daza_021991@hotmail.co.uk and that because of this they would return my deposit, which I accepted due to it being my fault.
In the same email they said they'd close the 2nd account but if I wanted to carry on playing I could use my first account (daza_021991), so I did, I deposited £100 and won £420, which I attempted to withdraw.
I then received another email saying that they wouldn't process my withdrawal as this was my second account and that they would return my deposit via cheque within 10 days.
This was over a month ago, so i emailed them and received a reply saying they never said they'd return my money and that they don't owe me anything for my first account which in fact was daza_021991, and that for them the issue is closed, I now can't get a reply or response from them, so not only has the £420 I have every right to vanished, but they've also stolen £100 from me.
I have every single email saved as proof so they have absolutely no right to do what they are doing, I just can't seem to make any progress with them on my own and require help, it's been a very stressful ordeal.
