Planet 7 Casino - Payment Delayed & Very Bad Communication

I submitted a withdrawal request for $2,500 on 10/1/17 (Although I won over $5,000. I used the chat feature to see what the next steps are to get paid. The chat representative seemed knowledgeable and asked me to fill out the verification form and submit copies of the credit cards I used to make deposits and also needed my Identification and copy of utility bill. I did submit all of these items on 10/1/17. Their website states you will be approved/not approved in 3 days. However, this did not happen. I never received any email or contact from anyone and then on October 9, 2017, I received an email stating they needed 1 more credit card and authorization form for this card. I also sent the front and back image of the card and added the card to the authorization form. It has now been over two weeks and I contacted Planet 7 as to why I still have not received any communications from them and was told I have missing credit card info. I indicated I have sent this info. 5 times and they still are trying to say they haven't received them. This is 100% a stalling technique. I gave my bitcoin crypto address to the other email payments@casinosupportcenter.com and this should be a no brainer. I won a jackpot from www.slotslv.com and was paid via bitcoin and it only took 3 days. I am really just so upset about this. Please help me, I really need my payout. Thank you! Theresa Real
