I made a withdrawel to my neteller accout 11.10.2010 I still haven`t received it. I have contacted chat many times, they ask me to be patient due to staff not working or they say that the withdrawel is sent to me. I have also sent several e-mails but no replies. The amount is only 29euro, but I don`t think the casino is doing anything to help.
