I requested a $500 payout on 14th of September. I have met all the casino's T&C's. I have sent in the requested ID and documents numerous times to all casino departments. I have been told that my withdrawal has been approved and already processed and I have also been told that they are missing documents and my withdrawal was rejected. was told it would be in my bank within 2 days and also told that I can cancel it and have the winnings returned and keep playing. emails are ignored, No phone numbers they provided are connected, live chat mysteriously disconnects when asked the hard questions. 3. reps today gave me 3 different answers that made no sense. its now been what 8 weeks?
