I have a $2,000.00 existing withdrawal at Raging Bull which is over One Year old, I have been in contact with this Casino's VIP and Customer Service Department constantly but they all say their hands are tied and only finance can advise when or if my withdrawal will be paid. I have sent several e-mails to the Finance Department but no response. < Statements referring to another casino brand within the same casino group removed. Please make sure to submit a separate complaint for different casinos > This Casino Group acquired Raging Bull & Grand Fortunes sometime in 2016, I never had any payment issues with the previous owner(s). I have done quite a bit of research trying to obtain their location but not much luck so far, they hide themselves very well. I guess that should be a warning sign right there. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated
