Over a month since my payment of 1300.09 was approved. I received first part of payment on previous month. Although i consider splitting amount in half a cheeky move, and not paying the 1000 first and the rest 300 on the next month as mentioned in your terms (1000 max per week, 2500 per month), i will try to ignore this and focus on the fact that the remaining 650.09 have not yet been received. I was told i would receive the second part on 2nd of October. Then i was told the second part of payment was sent on 10 of October. 9 days and still no payment. I am now asked to sent my statement. I can see this happened to other users as well. Makes you wonder. Doesn't it? Which department is not doing their job? On the contrary to the casino, i kept my promise and submitted this complaint. I am currently waiting for updates, but since i already wasted too much time, i also want to be taken seriously and have this complaint here on standby.
