I first requested a withdrawal for £360 on 24/09/17 was advised my bank had declined it going back to my card 3 times. I confirmed this with the bank and was asked to provide iban and swift for wire transfer. I was advised this was done on 4/10/17 and advised up to 10 working days. I still have not received this and have asked for days for the reference number for my bank to trace the payment. They first sent me an email with some numbers on confirming the payment was sent however this showed payment was sent on the 5/10/17 not the 4th which was previously advised. I passed this to my bank who advised this does not confirm anything and I needed a reference number or arn as netbet called it. This was requested Friday and was told up to 24 hours. I then received an email yesterday requesting my bank statement to show payment has not gone in! I sent this and was told another 48 hours! They don't answer questions that you send. I just want the reference number so I can claim my winnings!
