Slots of Vegas Casino - Tired of being bullied with payments!

Its a shame that I have to come to AskGamblers, every time that I am expecting a payment! It doesn't feel good to know that the great relationship that you think that you are developing with a casino, is only building when you are losing, or winning less than a withdrawal amount! For the life of me, I can't figure out why I have to continue to go through the issues that I am facing! I was very lucky and won another nice amount! My documents were the "so called" reason for all the delays...hogwash! My documents were in place...just conveniently not uploaded. I am sick of being treated as if I am just an unwanted, next in line...annoying customer! I have been beyond cool with all of the shenanigans...but enough! I'm constantly being told conflicting information, and I end of on the short end of the stick...! This experience is supposed to be fun and hopefully rewarding!! We deposit money to hopefully win, after all, that is what your business is about...so when/if, we win, STOP treating us like we have the plague. If we are lucky, you guys cut us off from our bonuses, but continue to send us bonus offers, which is insulting, especially when that bonus offer invites you to do, just what we have done, which is win!!! You represent fairness upon sign up, you talk about payout time frames, which are never adhered to, you even go as far as to offer some of your bonuses with unlimited usages!!! But when someone wins, that welcoming spirit as well as the overwhelming bonus offers, disappear!!!! I can only speak for me, but I don't win every time...I don't expect to, but when I do, I would expect to be treated just a respectfully as I was when I signed up!!!! You guys do have an amazing site, with great chances for someone to have a better life, or to relieve some everyday pressures...Please stop with the side kicks that berate the entire outfit...be fair and consistent...that's all we want! Don't penalize people for winning...encourage them to continue playing!!! ok now for my issue... On October 5, 2017 I requested a withdrawal for $2500.00 On October 6, 2017 I requested a withdrawal for $1575.00 Both requests were denied on October 6, 2017, because my documents weren't uploaded On October 9, 2017 I requested two withdrawals...$2500.00 and $1575.00 On October 10, 2017 both withdrawals were denied again, but I was told my documents were in fact in the system and they should have been uploaded I waited a few days and on October 12, 2017 I requested two withdrawals...$2500.00 and $1500.00(I played back $75.00) On October 13, 2017, yet again, my requests were denied... I spoke to VIP and they told me that they didn't know why this was taking so long...the documents were there on Oct 6... I waited a few more days... on October 17, 2017 I requested two more withdrawals...$2500.00 and $1500.00 I have heard NOTHING...WHICH Is strange that now, with everything in place, what was taking one day to act upon (denying my withdrawals), its taking soooooo many days to approve my withdrawals...this is blatant disrespect and the clever game of procrastination that everyone accuses you guys of... Please stop with the shenanigans...I don't want to play hide and seek, I want you to pay me, just as I deposit with you free and clear of issues!!! Thank you! I appreciate you for being here for me to play, I literally love your staff, I want to have fun and I know it won't always go in my favor, but when it does...lets be fair with one another!!!!
