I submitted a payout request to LV USA casino on 7/16/17, it is now 10/26/17 and it has not been approved or processed. I have continually played and have been an active player. This casino has paid me in the past albeit slowly (usually one payment every two months).
Every time I go on to the finance chat I have received the EXACT same answer "Thank you for holding and congratulations on your win! Our provider has not yet confirmed the release date of your payment. We will send them a reminder so they can process it at the earliest."
It has now been over 4 months and I received the exact same answer word for word yet again today. Perhaps askgamblers can step in and help me get paid in a more timely manner. I am happy to provide any additional details if needed, Thanks!!
