To my amazement i hit some decent wins to enable me to cashout $300USD. I submitted my documents on the 19th October, 24th October and also just today again 1/11/2017. I live in Australia, do not drive, i do not own a passport so i sent them a government issued ID card. I do not pay bills as i only pay my mother bills as i have a medical condition that needs life time attention. My withdraw has been rejected 3 times thus far. I was told to contact the casino after the 10 days (being the 29th october) to confirm its progression and i have always been put on the back burner even when promised case escalation. They even say that my documents haven't even been submitted yet it has 3 times. .
