Planet 7 OZ Casino - Not paying an approved withdrawal

Planet 7 Oz have not paid out my withdrawals, they have deducted from my withdrawal and continue to tell me I have not provided documents I have already provided on more than one occasion. They fail to respond to email requests, with automatic email generated at the time of submission stating 'you will receive a response within two days'. On the 9 October I requested a withdrawal from Planet 7 OZ to the amount of $1550.00. I submitted all documentation in order to receive my withdrawal and contacted the online chat team on 13th October to confirm all was in order to receive my withdrawal. A member of the team told me i would receive my withdrawal 'any day now'. I have the transcript to prove it. By the 29th October i still had not received my withdrawal, i contacted online chat who said that supposedly the documents i previously supplied were insufficient. I was thoroughly disappointed to learn that no one had bothered to contact me to explain this. I then proceeded to submit the documents two more times and requested confirmation that the documents were received. Noone from Planet 7 Oz confirmed this. So i requested customer service to contact me via email on 30 October to confirm all documentation was received and to provide an estimated withdrawal time. An auto generated email told me I would receive a response in 2 days. It is now 1 November, no word from customer service and no withdrawal. I contacted live support, who said that documents were still missing that i have clearly provided on previous occasions. This is an absolute joke and i believe they know it is an attempt to string you along until you just give up on it. Consequently, now after contacting the support today i have discovered they also deducted $355 from the withdrawal claiming it as a bonus when i used a no rules bonus. Further, i know my wagering requirements for all other bonuses were exhausted before i chose to withdraw. During this same conversation, i explained the situation to date, to the chat support team member, i explained that i now would escalate this as a complaint because i clearly was getting nowhere with Planet 7 Oz. The member checked with the 'team' and told me they would submit if i provided front and back of ID, it was not even a document that i supposedly had not provided previously. I asked if i did this how long would it take to see the withdrawal, a time frame could not be given. I said this is the same as every other time, no evidence to suggest i will receive my withdrawal even if i continue to resupply personal documentation. The customer service team member agreed with me on my view of this situation! I have this transcript. This company is fraudulent in its activity and its promises to gamblers. Making claims that they provide quick withdrawals or withdrawals at all is an absolute load of bull!. Do not use this site if you have any hopes of winning. With the chat transcripts i do plan to escalate to ombudsman in due course depending on resolution or lack their of from Planet 7 OZ within reasonable time of course. It seems this company is hoping I will just give up on ownership of money that i clearly won.
