$2500 bitcoin withdrawal approved on 9/15 paid out on 10/17.
$2500 bitcoin withdrawal approved on 9/27 still not paid out.
$2500 bitcoin withdrawal approved on 10/21 still not paid out.
After the long delay getting my 9/15 approved withdrawal filly paid on 10/17, I started asking the chat and VIP agents about the status of the next withdrawal beginning on 10/23. They kept telling me it would be paid out "soon", and then saying it was escalated. So far it has been escalated four times I think. It supposedly has been sitting in processing for a week now. Would really like to know what the delay is with the payments, and to receive the money that is owed to me.
Almost glad I ended up cancelling the other $30,000 in withdrawals I had, these delays are rediculous.
Also, before the tournaments went down, I was in first place for one of the weekly $5,000 tournaments, with a 1st place prize payout of $1250, but the tournaments were taken down two days before it was supposed to end. Am I going to get the prize payout from that tournament, or get reimbursed for the money I had already spent on it?
