I have played at this casino for years and never had an issue. I won about $806.00 back in June that was approved and it shows approved on my account yet its now Nov and I still havent been paid. I have sent numerous emails and received nothing back. I have contacted customer support and every time its the same story that my account has been escalated to the financial department and I should have something soon. I am starting to think I will never get paid. I feel like they are just giving me the run around and the same answers to make me just forget. I also sent them my Bitcoin address back in July but the money still hasnt shown up regardless of it showing it was approved. Each time I do live chat they confirm it was approved and tell me its coming, but its been 4 months already for $806.00! I always played at this casino and was a VIP but I will not play here again until I get paid and if its now normal to take 4 months here for a payout it almost makes sense to go elsewhere.
