Raging Bull Casino - I keep being told my withdrawal will be approved shortly, but I keep on waiting

I submitted a withdrawal request on 10/26 and contacted the online chat to make sure everything was good. They keep telling me that it should be approved any day, but I am not getting any real answers and it keeps showing as pending. Can someone let me know if there is an issue and if not, when I can expect the payment to be made. Thank you, Peter
