I had got my balance up to roughly £603 which was fantastic, I then went to the bonus section to see how much I had wagered and realised I had to keep playing, but once I went back to the home screen my funds had disappeared. I've tried there live chat which doesn't work I've sent two emails and nothing and I've spoken to someone on the mobile number twice and been promised a call back within the hour with an update and received nothing, all I want is my bonus funds back so I can continue to play or my second deposit back as I haven't lost that or used that bonus.
