I am having issues with Pokerstars on 9th November I opened account and deposited £600. Straight after deposit I was met with your account is frozen please contact support. After searching everywhere on how to contact these guys I had to email them via email. I had a quick email explaining due to there terms they need to verify my account. I sent all relevant documents, now I have sent these three times to both support@starsaccount.uk and investigations@staraccounts.uk. I have had no reply nor either any communication from them.
I am getting worried as no communication with someone means they don't want to speak to you.
I request pokerstars to refund my deposits which are active balance, also close my account and remove my documents from there database.
