Grand Reef Casino - Non payment of $900.95 since Sep. 2017

I have a delayed payment of $900.95 since Sept 9th 2017, on that same date I received an email stating they can no longer service Australian players due to the change in gaming laws. I spoke to support and they assured me I wont be affected and I will get my funds in due time. I have been chasing this every week and it is now 3 months (close to the end of year) and I still have not received my payment. GRC will no longer accept any phone calls from Australia nor emails (even though support advised to send email) however got no replies after sending 10 emails, no one especially the Pit Boss Riley will respond which I find it hard to believe as in the past he has been very prompt in responding. The only form of contact I have is via guest chat which is through the casino app and support say the same thing every time I ask for an update and I am getting really frustrated and fed up with the same excuses, i.e. this has been escalated to finance, they are looking into it however no response from finance and they cannot give me a clear answer on what is going on with my payment. If I could get a casino representative to find out what is going on because this is seriously disgusting behavior - I have been a loyal customer for 3 years and invested a lot of money in that casino and never had an issue with payments. I find it hard they cannot pay me $900.95 as in the past when I had a big win of $7k + they have made weekly payments of $1k. I believe other Australian players are the in the same situation waiting for delayed payments and would really appreciate a response on what is happening with my payment. Can someone find out and get back to me with my payments please.
