I want to close my account on SlotV, and therefor I contact the support. I get the answer back that I have to take a call with my "account manager" and it's not possible to close the account any other way. And the customer service ad as a note, that ".. he will be able to give you reasons to stay with us".
This feels like being forced upon a membership I don't want, and isn't showing a healthy attitude towards us gamblers.
As I have tried to lock the account preciously, with the similar response, I feel its necessary with a complaint.
