My username is Elongconnie. On Nov. 4th 2017 I have won amount $500.00 and I made a withdrawal from my casino account. I have received an e mail from docs@sloty.com stating that I need to send proof of my documents and selfie pic of the following documents like driver license, most recent bills, bank statements, bank card I use to purchased and proof of purchased from my bank account. I send many e mails to find out what is holding up this time but no e mail back. My account was blocked and I was informed that this happened every now and then for a security check. Now I am still waiting for them to deposit my money and I am getting tired of waiting on them. I have never had any problems with other casinos I had played. I read many complains about this site and its sickening that they treat there customers as we have to beg for our winning. I hope you can help as I can really use this money for Christmas for my kids gift. Thank you.
