Hi my name is Mathew < surname removed >my user name is mattbriley01. I submitted a utility bill to the finance place as they requested. I the had my with draw accepted on 11/6 here it is a month and a 1/2 later and I still have not received my with draw money I am very upset with the situation I just want my money and that's it I have spoke to several customer service representatives and they tell me different things all the time they say that my claim has been escalated to the financial department And then they also tell me that they will have somebody contact me and nothing I haven't received anything yet I just wish that my claim will be resolved I live in the United States thank you
