I requested a withdrawal of 3,000 euros last July 2017 however I only received 1,000 euros after 2 months on September 26 and they promised do an installment for the rest of the pay out. Until now i have not received the 2nd installment that they promised to wire it on oct 2. But nothing has been wired. And then again, they told me they are going to wire it again on october 29 but nothing was wired again. They even ask me to provide bank my statement to prove that I havent received it and I forwarded it but until now I havent received any payout. It has been more than 2 months now since the last installment paid. I have been following up with their customer support but all I get are no updates regarding this matter. I hope to received my payment ASAP as I have been waiting for so long now.
