I was fortunate enough to win £2000 and requested a withdrawal of this amount on 27th November and it still hasn’t been processed. I have emailed them numerous times and, although Customer Services say they are trying to sort it out, their Finance Department have just not processed it, or given a reason for the delay. I complied with all their terms and conditions and have been a customer since they opened so it’s not because I’m a new player. In fact earlier in November I provided them with updated ID so it’s not an issue of authenticating me. Although I don’t like it I accept that their rules say withdrawals can take up to 5 days to approve but the 16 days I have waited is completely unacceptable. When you make a deposit it’s taken from your bank within 24-48 hours so why so long for withdrawals
