Fruity Casa Casino - Withdrawal reversed again and again, no answers since 16 days

Hello, I got some freespins at Fruitycasa and won a little amount. At the 13th December I withdrawed with Bank as there was no Neteller available. It said two days reversible. At the 17th I asked for my withdrawal status and got this answer: “We have reviewed your account and find that the method available on the account is disallowed for cash outs. Please cancel the cash out on your end and make a minimum deposit (without selecting a bonus) then request the cash out to the new method - you may peruse the available methods available to you within your region eg ewallet or Skrill or Neteller.” So I was pressed to deposit. I deposited with Neteller, played the money once through and withdrawed with Neteller. At the 20th I asked and got from the support that I MUST reverse it because of any Neteller delay and withdraw again. I did it. The 27th I logged again into my account and it was still not done. Instead of processing the withdrawal they reversed it to my casino account and I asked why they did this but I not got any informative answer. I withdrawed again and still nothing happened. I never got any verifcation mail but all the support emails reached me so it can not be my email adress. It would be nice if you can help me please.
