Hoping to resolve this issue or at least get some plausible information. I have won over 480k playing 2 separate slots at playamo, big win so obviously I'm extatic, prior to winning 150k on the second slot I withdrew 16k over 1 week in line with playamos, official cash out policy. I had no problems withdrawing in fact I was over the moon with how quickly the casino was at approving my requests. Fast forward to yesterday the 1/1/18, the day that my VIP manager had told me I could withdraw again and surprise surprise, the casino is stalling! I find it very intriguing that prior to me winning 480k they had no issues with me withdrawaing. Live support have been no help whatsoever, giving me 0 information on why my withdrawal is pending for so long. My VIP manager has also been no real help siting that she is waiting to hear from her supervisor as to why they haven't approved my cash out. All in all this feels like stalling tactics because of the amount I have won. Please help me to resolve this issue asap. Attached is my emails stating that I can withdraw again from the 2/1/18 and transcripts of my live support conversations.
