First I would like to say I love the games on BDC. I made a deposit to the cashio on 12/27/18. I don't use the bonus because that is a sure way not to get your winnings in my personal belief. I won a little and made a withdrawal request for $750. I waited the 72 hours and my request was still pending. I pulled the chat up and no one ever answered. As I was calling I realized my request had been canceled. When the guy answered he went on to tell me that it was a delay because of the holidays and they were short on checks and there was nothing he could do about it. Now mind you I had a issue with them a few months back when I had to get Askgamblers involved because they gave me this very same reason they were short on checks and something with the processing system. After Askgamblers reached out to them I was able to get my money via bitcoin. Well when I told him I would just contact ask gamblers he then asked me my account information and pulled it up. He then told me they just needed the verification form sent in and then they would process it. That made sense to me because the card they have on file was canceled due to fraud. So I sent the form in along with the copy of the details. I waited a few hours and sent a email to find out when they would send the money via bitcoin. I have yet to get a response. Please help.
