Cool Cat Casino - Keep being fobbed off with verification and payments

I submitted my documents on the following dates several times and contacted casino via chat. I have verification of chats and emails. Dates submitted: December 4, 2017, December 6 & 7 2017, and January 1, 2018. All documents have been submitted, Auth Form, CC front and back and License front and back and utility bill. The amount is $3000, one withdrawal for $2500 and the second withdrawal of $500 that I submitted for withdrawal and also included my Bitcoin number for deposit. It's been over a month now and no one has contacted me at all via email acknowleding receipt of my emails and everytime I contact them via chat, they keep saying email documents which I've done several times, then some would say send utility bill, which I've already done. Can you please help assist?
