Submitted documents for verification after a big win when i joined 2 months ago. Followed up a few days later and custimer service said the docs still pending and i would receive an email confirmation once completed. Weeks ticked on and by than as i could not withdraw had played all the winnings and followed up but got same generic answer all the time and the issue had been escallated. Received an email to resend docs with no explanation what was wrong with the last ones. Sent new docs 2 weeks ago and uploaded as well via verifications page on their page and also emailed twice. I have received no acknowledgement or update and feel dissapointed with the same generic answers from live chat staff. There is no urgency and i feel the casino is happy to keep taking deposits and wont verify or do it in a timely mannar as i have lost big winnings as i cannot withdraw yet. There is no compensation, no understanding and the issue is still ongoing. I have deposited heaps in the meantime. Mongoose security team have poor communication and the support staff seem uninterested and do not understand the huge inconvenience.Please help!!!
