Mybet Casino - Delayed withdrawal and no response

Made a withdrawal (600eu) request on the 14th Jan to my Mastercard(deposit method) and my account was fully verified on the 15th Jan. Received an email on the 16th Jan saying my withdrawal didn’t go through and they would need to withdraw via bank transfer and they asked for a copy of my bank statement, I sent this back straight away. Next day I asked for an update, got a reply ‘thanks for your bank statement, and we will look into your request’. Next 3 days I’ve asked for updates but have had no replies, asked live chat and again I reply. Currently the funds are now back in my account and they’re not responding to any of my requests.. this is now 7 days after my withdrawal request and it’s gone no where. Not good.
