On the 10th January I won £150 I completed all wagering requirements and was told by the online chat that my withdrawal would be in my bank before Sunday.
Checked today 11 days later it is still pending. Before they said Sunday they told me if would be in my bank by Friday every time you contact support you get told it's delayed again sorry. It's like they want you to cancel your withdrawal which I will not be doing.
