Hi, I made a withdrawal on the 18th Jan, I was told that this would take five working days, I wasn’t contacted and no confirmation of withdrawal was received, I contacted the casino and they asked for verification documents, I sent them over straight awayand still haven’t heard back from them, today I was told on chat that I needed to cancel my withdrawal and withdraw again, i did this and now it states that I can’t withdraw, I’ve contacted the casino and nothing, this has now set me back another five working days, I’ve spoken to a few chat people and they keep saying just contact finance who don’t respond, all I want to do is withdraw my balance,.
